The Arrangement
How our contractor partnerships work
Contractors earn 57.88%–72.88% of the job depending on the work. As an independent contractor you cover your own labor, trash removal, gas, tool repair, and any traffic tickets. Every partnership starts with a short, two-page Independent Contractor Agreement.
We keep high quality requirements to get the job done and go the extra mile for the client, not the other way around. Not everyone would qualify — but if you're reliable, skilled, and properly set up, we'd like to hear from you.

- Need a truck? Rent a U-Haul at our office — we pay back 35%
